Vincent's NexGen Homes did our house renovation. This is our first such project for our dream home and we realized how incredibly blessed we were to be working with Vincent's team. They were very accurate with their estimate, scoping, and timelines with milestones (all of which were well detailed in the contract). They were incredibly well organized and the project ran like a clockwork. Their daily communication with pics and video calls on the status with us and the consulting sessions we had were also very helpful to just see proof of progress. We must have at least had 35 consulting sessions/meetings where we gave inputs and signed off on things before they became a reality. We introduced a few change orders along the way (changed vanity decisions, cabinet decisions, added a few custom shelves) all of which were absorbed in the timeline and the work still got one on time and with good quality. We actually came out $6k cheaper (Yeah can u believe it) than the original contract because they helped us source materials from their preferred vendors getting us great rates on tiles, counter tops, etc.
